South Africa has one of the highest crime rates in the world. Some residents and businesses are looking beyond conventional means to tackle the problem. It is one important issue confronting South Africans before national elections on April 22. Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa has been on patrol with a private security firm in Johannesburg, the country’s biggest city.
